Southern Maintenance Solutions Ltd are looking for an experienced Commercial Heating Engineer to join our growing team. If you enjoy working on complete commercial heating systems, take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship, and thrive on fault finding and solving technical problems, we’d love to hear from you.
You’ll be a key member of our engineering team responsible for planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, fault finding and heating system upgrades across commercial, education, healthcare, retail and public sector buildings throughout the M4 Corridor and surrounding areas.
We’re looking for someone with previous experience as a Commercial Heating Engineer or similar who enjoys working independently and takes ownership of delivering outstanding customer service. You’ll work on everything from boilers and plant rooms to pumps, controls and complete heating systems whilst maintaining the highest standards of health and safety.
As an experienced Heating Engineer, you’ll ideally come from a Facilities Management, Mechanical Services or Building Services background and have a proven track record maintaining commercial heating systems within occupied buildings.
No two days are the same, so you’ll enjoy working across a varied portfolio of commercial properties whilst building long-term relationships with our customers.
£42,500 – £45,000 depending on experience
Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
